Return Process

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit back to our workshop.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
